Have you ever wished you could plan a fundraising event that is
guaranteed to get attention, increase your media exposure, generate donation dollars and offer
attendees a really great time, all without having worry about all the little things that are required
to run a successful fundraiser? Well, Royal Caribbean International says "Why
Not?"
There is no reason why a fundraising event
has to be some stuffy, overdressed gala in a generic ballroom? You can raise money, make a lasting
impression and build a personal relationship with donors - all in your shorts and Caribbean clothing with
our Charitable Cruising program, a fabulous fundraising vacation package packed full of photos and
fun!
From 2 nights to more then 10, we will
design a fundraising cruise designed to raise as much money as you need. Royal Caribbean will donate
between $50 and $200 per stateroom to your organization depending on the cruise selected.
Not only that, Royal Caribbean will donate
one free cabin for every 16 full-rate, double occupancy cabins to your organization. Just think of
the possibilities those free cabins could bring!
* They could be raffled of for
additional fundraising dollars
* You could give them in recognition of a volunteer's hard work
* Your could choose to receive the dollar value of the staterooms as a contribution
to your organization
* They could be auctioned at your next fundraising event.
1. Your
group marks up the price by $35 per person/$70 per cabin on a 3 night
cruise. Your group sells 50 cabins. 50 x $70 = $3,500.
Royal Caribbean will match from $25 - $100 per cabin for you
organization
Let's assume that the donation is $50 per cabin based on double
occupancy for a total of $2,500.
Total
funds raised = $6,000
The free cabins can be auctioned or raffled off
for an additional funds
2. Your group marks up the price by $30
per person/$60 per cabin on a 4 day
cruise. Your group sells 100 cabins. 100 x $60 = $6,000
Royal Caribbean will match from $25 - $100 per cabin for your
organization
Let's assume that the donation is $40 per cabin based on double
occupancy for a total of 100 cabins x $40 = 4,000
Total
funds raised = $10,000
The free cabins can be
auctioned or raffled off for an additional funds
3. Your group marks up the price by $25
per person/$50 per cabin on a 5 day
cruise. Your group sells 75 cabins. 75 x $50 = $3,750
Royal Caribbean will match from $25 - $100 per cabin for your
organization
Let's assume that the donation is $50 per cabin based on double
occupancy for a total of 75 cabins x $50 = $3,750
Total
funds raised = $7,500
The free cabins can be
auctioned or raffled off for an additional funds
